PUBLIC COMMENT INSTRUCTIONS The public can participate via Zoom online and/or telephone or by sending in the Public Comment Form (before 4pm on the day of the meeting). The public will be able to listen to all discussion by Downtown Development Authority board members and will be permitted to speak for up to 2 or 3 minutes during the public comment section of the agenda.
Please note that callers/viewers will automatically be muted. Those wishing to share Public Comment have these option:
