REMOTE MEETING NOTICE

In accordance with Emergency Orders issued by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, Oakland County, local officials, State of Michigan legislation, and City of Lathrup Village’s Declaration of a Local State of Emergency (March 2020), that continues to exist and which allows for electronic meetings of public bodies, notice is hereby given that the City of Lathrup’s City Council will be meeting electronically using www.Zoom.us for videoconference and public access.

PUBLIC COMMENT INSTRUCTIONS

The public can participate via Zoom online and/or telephone or by sending in the Public Comment Form (before 4pm on the day of the meeting). The public will be able to listen to all discussion by City Council members and will be permitted to speak for up to 2 or 3 minutes during the public comment section of the agenda.

Please note that callers/viewers will automatically be muted. Those wishing to share Public Comment have these option:

ONLINE PARTICIPANTS:

“Raise hand” (Zoom feature) to be recognized by the moderator.  The moderator will announce when it is your turn to speak. Audio for participants will be unmuted on an individual basis. There is a 2 or 3-minute time limit.
“Chat Room” – type your question in the chat room
